All customers will be required to pay an Activation Fee of $35 per end user. Within the first month of the Agreement, customers can cancel and return a device subsidized by Truphone (if applicable) with no early termination charge.

After the first month, a customer may terminate its Agreement for any reason. However, customer agrees to pay Truphone for all fees, charges, and other amounts incurred and owed under its Agreement along with the applicable device Early Termination Fee ("ETF") calculated on a per end user basis. If a customer brings its own device, the ETF is $35. If a customer whose device is subsidized by Truphone terminates its Agreement, the ETF the customer owes will depend on the corresponding device band schedule below:

• Monthly Reduction after Month 2 - $20 

Handset Band B

• 24 Month: ETF (Month 2) - $150

• Monthly Reduction after Month 2 - $10

Handset Band C

• 24 Month: ETF (Month 2) - $35
• 12 Month: ETF (Month 2) - $150
• Monthly Reduction after Month 2 - $10

Handset Band D

• 24 Month: ETF (Month 2) - $35
• 12 Month: ETF (Month 2) - $35
• Monthly Reduction after Month 2 - $0
