New research reveals not only is eSIM predicted to be widespread; it is also expected to penetrate deep into the service models of many industry players.
eSIM’s promise to reinvent how services are provisioned to connected devices is becoming even more pertinent with the advent of 5G. With the number of devices able to tap into cellular connectivity growing exponentially, Mobile World Live conducted an online survey of mobile network operators, consumer and M2M device manufacturers to discover the changing appetite for eSIM, the perceived benefits of the technology and where its future success lies.
