If you are going to use an eSIM on an Android device, please follow the followings steps (these may vary depending on the model of your device, in which case we recommend that you look for the procedure on your device manufacture’s support page).
- Make sure you are connected to the internet through Wi-Fi. This is vital to ensure that your device communicates with Truphone services to activate your eSIM.
- Swipe up on the “Home” screen to view your apps.
- Tap Settings > Connections > SIM card manager.
- Choose “Add mobile plan” then “Scan carrier QR code”.
- Use your camera to scan the QR code you received by email.
