Your QR code can only be used once, so if you try to re-install your QR code and you receive an error saying that it is already used, you’ll need a new QR code that to replace your original one. In this case, please contact Truphone Customer Service (business.help@truphone.com or dial 707) to review the status of your SIM and ensure your QR code is still valid.
Your QR code will not expire, so there is no time limit within which you must use it.
